Bernadottegården seeks SSAs for evening shift in houses 1 and 3

As a number of our colleagues are seeking new challenges, we are now looking for social and health care assistants for respectively house 1 and 3.

We are seeking evening shifts who thrive on giving our residents a meaningful everyday life, where safety and care are the focus.

At Bernadottegården we work purposefully so that the residents experience Bernadottegården as a safe and good place to live, and that it is the resident's home. The path to a good and safe home is built on components, where we take as a starting point that the resident's wishes and needs govern all care and support.

We work rehabilitatively, and the rehabilitative effort ensures that all residents are involved in as many tasks as possible – but also where it is the resident's wishes we take as the starting point. Thus, joy of life and meaningful activities for the individual resident, which guide the care.

We value close collaboration across professional groups and in the organization, in order to continually develop Bernadottegården for the benefit of the residents.

Both positions are 28 hours per week in a 5-2 rotation.

Your profile

We expect that you

• Have a desire to care closely for the resident, and to involve them in all contact with residents and relatives.
• Believe in the rehabilitative organization, and involve residents and relatives as a natural part of everyday life.
• Are willing to teach others, and are able to lift as a team and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. For us, dignified communication is 'a must' to be able.
• Are willing to accept that changes are part of everyday life – so you must be able to join changes with a positive mindset.
• Have a desire and courage for professional development to be a part of daily life
• Can maintain an overview and calm in an acute situation while you act.
• Ask for help when the task solution is unclear.
• Are willing to document in KMD Nexus
• Have the desire to activate residents both indoors and outdoors.
• Can thrive in an evening shift where shifts are 15-23 or 15.30-23.30
