We are seeking a bid coordinator for our Transportation & Infrastructure division affiliated with our office in Aarhus or Copenhagen. In the role you will be responsible for structuring and driving bid processes from start to finish in close collaboration with our technical and commercial key people.

Your team

You will become part of our Transportation & Infrastructure division, where you will have engaged and helpful colleagues around you. We place emphasis on professional sparring, humor and a strong community. As a bid coordinator we expect you to be the driving force behind our bid work. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and driving the bid processes from start to finish in close collaboration with a dedicated team that supports the production of bid material, documents and graphical deliverables.

You will work closely with department and market managers, who contribute with professional input and strategic sparring, while you have overall responsibility for ensuring that bids are delivered with high quality, on time and with a professional appearance. You will become the central hub in our bid work and play a key role in translating strong professional competences into winning bids.

Together we develop bids for, among others, Banedanmark, The Danish Road Authority, DSB, municipalities, water utilities and supply companies. You will also support international bids and the accompanying correspondence across countries and disciplines.

Your tasks

Your main tasks will be to

• Drive and coordinate the bid process, including documents, deadlines and delivery plans
• Prepare and edit CVs, organization descriptions, method descriptions and organizational charts
• Collect and quality assure CVs, project references and other bid documentation
• Maintain requirements and compliance overviews and ensure that all requirements are answered and documented
• Responsible for handling formalities, ESPD, templates and version control in collaboration with the team
• Responsible for coordinating and preparing graphics, layout and delivery as well as interviewing subject matter experts to translate their knowledge into sharp bid material in collaboration with the team
• Update bid overviews, participate in and, if needed, lead bid meetings and spar with department heads, team leaders and market managers

• You have experience with bid coordination, document control, project coordination or a similar role

• You master Danish and English at a high level, both orally and in writing
• You have experience/knowledge of bids to the public sector such as Banedanmark, municipalities or The Danish Road Authority
