About the position

We are seeking a social- and health care assistant for day shift for a permanent position of 37 hours per week, but we are open to adjusting the number of hours according to individual wishes and needs.

The start date is 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

The position includes work every other weekend (odd weeks in 2027).

As a social- and health care assistant at Damgården Care Center you will be an important part of daily life for our residents. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and carrying out care and nursing tasks based on the individual resident's needs and wishes. At the same time you will become a central collaborative partner for colleagues, relatives and other professional groups.

Salary and employment

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically lies between 36,205 and 46,820 DKK per month for full-time employment. The salary includes pension, special holiday allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special payments. It is important to note that your concrete salary is determined based on your experience, seniority and competencies and agreed in negotiation with the relevant trade union.

The HR department will obtain a criminal record check for the applicant who is hired. It is a condition of employment that the certificate is satisfactory in relation to the position.

Salary and employment terms according to the current collective agreement with FOA.
