As a day-care provider in Skovlund/Ansager you become an everyday hero for a group of four wonderful children aged 6 months to 3 years. You weave work life and family life together in your own familiar surroundings, and you become part of a strong collegial community among the town's day-care providers, who meet about once a week.

You will be provided with all the necessary tools for an educational and fun everyday life, including a pram, toys, high chairs, etc. You work closely professionally with your engaged day-care pedagogue on the children's learning and well-being.

• You have first aid training at employment or commit to taking it within the first year – the day-care pays for the course and you provide your own time.

We offer

• An attractive monthly salary, of which 60 % is tax-free – you must cover the costs for the children's meals yourself.
• The working hours are 48 hours per week in your own home - you accrue 7 days per year for compensatory leave in addition to holidays and the 6th vacation week.
• You start at pay grade 20. As a trained pedagogue or PAU at pay grade 25, you rise 2 pay grades after 4 years of employment and a further 1 pay grade after 6 years of employment.

The advantage of being a day-care provider is certainly that I can arrange my everyday life myself, while at the same time I can supplement with the collegial day-care group in the town, where we meet, for example, in a playgroup or outdoors on playgrounds. It’s super fun for the children and for us day-care providers to meet and spend a whole day together.”
