Do you want to help create the framework for a completely new residential facility where professionalism, relationships and development go hand in hand?

At Solkrogen in Stenløse we are opening the doors to a new §105 residential facility, and we are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant who wants to help shape the culture, professionalism and daily life from the very beginning.

Solkrogen opens on 15 February and consists of two departments. The position is for a department with eight adult residents with developmental disabilities and diagnoses within the autism spectrum. The residents need a predictable, safe and structured everyday life with individually tailored support. We work from a neuro-pedagogical reference framework, the low arousal principles and a recovery-oriented approach focusing on mastery, self-determination and quality of life. Interdisciplinary collaboration, professional reflection and systematic documentation are central elements in our practice.

Can articulate themselves clearly in writing and speech, has experience with digital documentation

Practical information

The position is essentially 37 hours per week, but we are open to other wishes.

Working hours are between 06:30 and 23:00 with day and evening shifts and work every other weekend. Some longer shifts may occur.

Hiring from 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Interviews will be held in weeks 49 and 50.
