Housing and Activity Offer Bogense - Department for Severe Brain Injury is seeking fixed staff for Saturday and Sunday work.

Are you a student, already working within the health or social field, or do you simply want a reliable weekend job? Then we may have the job for you!

We are looking for staff with healthcare or pedagogical backgrounds - or you who are studying in the field - for fixed weekend shifts every 2nd or 3rd weekend.

We primarily offer 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00, so you can accumulate your hours over two days and have weekdays free for studies, family, or other work. There is also the option of shifts from 7:00 to 15:00.

Housing and Activity Offer Bogense is located only 25-30 minutes’ drive from Odense, Middelfart, and Assens. If you commute by public transport, we are flexible and can coordinate the meeting time with the bus arrival and departure times.

At our department for severe brain injury, 12 adult residents live with moderate to very severe acquired brain injury.

About the job

As a staff member with us, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that supports the residents in their daily life.

The work takes place in the residents’ own homes and includes, among other things

• Personal care
• Practical tasks
• Support and guidance
• Activities with the residents

Personal care is a significant part of the work. With us, care is not just a practical task, but also an opportunity to create relationships, safety, quality of life, and dignity for each resident.

We work from a neuro-pedagogical approach and always start from the individual resident’s wishes, needs, and resources. We document in Nexus, and you will of course receive the necessary training.

Employment terms

With us you are hired for the agreed number of hours and a fixed work plan.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Expected salary range will be stated at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the professional organization.

Criminal record check will be obtained before employment can take place.
