At Hyllehøjskolen we continue to grow, and we look ahead to an upcoming school year with 3 kindergarten classes. We want to stay ahead of development and therefore seek an engaged Kindergarten Class Leader. So if you are a clear and caring classroom leader and can participate in a strong and committed team collaboration, it is you we are looking for.

The position is permanent and 37 hours.

You will become part of a professionally strong and development-oriented environment. You are positive and engaged and prepared to work with strong children's communities, goal-oriented teaching and the use of data to upskill teaching and the well-being among the pupils. You think development is important, and you can work in a solution-oriented manner.

Hyllehøjskolen is located in a scenic natural area on the outskirts of Middelfart. The school has just under 350 pupils.

We are a development-oriented school and were in September 2022 certified as UNICEF Rights School, as the first school in Middelfart. Furthermore, we have a close collaboration with the Music School.

At Hyllehøjskolen we want to create good frameworks where there is both safety, well-being and challenges for all, and where good inclusive learning communities, engagement, joy and quality are important elements in everyday life.

Salary and employment conditions

Workplace: Hyllehøjskolen

Working hours: 37 hours

Start date: 1 January 2027

Salary placement is according to the agreement for teachers etc. in primary education and for adults with special needs, our pre-agreements and possibly individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience.

The position's salary range as Kindergarten Class Leader will be from 36,181.33 DKK up to 41,046.76 DKK, depending on the candidate's seniority, further education and personal competences.

Salary range is monthly salary excl. pension.

In the above salary range there is included a special Middelfart allowance of 1,457 DKK according to our pre-agreement.
