We are seeking pedagogical staff who can see the big in the small moments.

Then you are the one – that we are missing at Børnehuset Borris!

We are looking for 2 pedagogues for our middle group, Sommerfuglene (The Butterflies).

Both positions are 30-37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027. The working hours are from 6:15 to 16:45.

Our everyday life with Sommerfuglene…

You will become a central part of the everyday life with the 3- to 4-year-olds. We establish the middle group for a six-month period at a time. We do this consciously to preserve close-knit groups where there is time for immersion, and where the children get to know each other across the age group in depth.

Together with your team you create a safe and recognizable base filled with presence. You are passionate about supporting the children’s own friendships, and you frame a daily life where play and good relationships are always at the centre. In daily routines you meet the children at eye level and guide them patiently so they experience the joy of mastering everyday small and large challenges themselves. You see the pedagogical learning opportunities in everyday life and support the children’s independence with a secure and guiding hand.

Who are we?

Børnehuset Borris is an important part of Borris Helhed, which includes daycare, nursery, kindergarten, school and SFO. The broad collaboration means that we know the children and their families from the very first time in care until they leave school and SFO. It creates a strong sense of community and a very special rural atmosphere where we pull together.

Borris is a cozy village near Skjern, surrounded by beautiful nature within a short walking distance. Indoors we have exciting play and learning environments, and outside a large inviting playground. Our house houses a nursery with 15 children and an age-delimited kindergarten with 72 children.

• Contributes actively to a good work environment with a positive outlook and a good dose of humor.
• Has knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Hjernen & Hjertet as well as AULA.
