Then you may be our new Cleaning and Quality Consultant in Cleaning and Hospital Services, OUH Odense University Hospital and Svendborg Hospital?

With the new health reform, the Region of Southern Denmark takes over care places on Funen. This means an expansion of the cleaning task for Cleaning and Hospital Services (RHS). New work processes and service concepts must be developed and implemented, and we have a sharp focus on the quality of our core services.

We are looking for a Cleaning and Quality Consultant who will work with cleaning plans, quality, and follow-up on the care places. The Quality Consultant’s work is, together with the department’s managers and staff, to monitor and ensure that the cleaning quality is top. The Quality Consultant is also responsible for training, instruction, and guidance of the cleaning staff. There will be a base in Odense, but with travel to the entire Funen and Langeland; you must therefore have a driving license.

You will become part of the Quality Function’s 6 employees and work closely with the department’s functional managers and the rest of the staff.

About the position

You will experience a busy and exciting everyday life, alternating between practical follow-up on quality and more administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for tasks and projects across our campuses, in collaboration with your colleagues in the Quality Function.

Your areas of responsibility will include

• Quality assurance and control of the performed cleaning
• Planning, execution, follow-up, and preparation of reporting from internal and external control of the cleaning
• Teaching, training, and guidance
• Ensure and assist in theoretical training of new employees together with your colleagues in the Quality Function and prepare teaching materials
• Prepare retraining materials for current employees
• Preparation and modification of work schedules

In terms of professional competencies, we place great value on you

• Have a thorough knowledge of NIR and Insta800
• Can communicate clearly and simply in writing and speech
• Have cleaning-technical knowledge and understanding
• Skilled and teachable in IT and proficient in the Office suite
• A minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably a Professional Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Health
• Have practical experience with quality work

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours with flexible working hours.

Appointment with a three-month probationary period if you are not already employed in Region of Southern Denmark.

The region is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base salary, centrally set allowances, and pension in Leading Service and Nursing Personnel – Collective Agreement 32.12.1 - Consultant.

In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience, and qualifications.
