Business Consultant for the Ukraine Effort at Jobcenter Lyngby-Taarbæk

Do you want to help create lasting attachment to the labor market for Ukrainian refugees?

We are seeking an engaged and results-driven business consultant for the Ukraine initiative at Jobcenter Lyngby-Taarbæk. Your main task will be to create concrete job opportunities and strong business relationships so that Ukrainian citizens gain a foothold in the Danish labor market. The position is temporary until March 31, 2028.

About the job

You will become a central part of the effort to support Ukrainian refugees on their path to employment and self-sufficiency. Building on the needs of companies and the citizens' competencies, you will work purposefully to create matches that lead to lasting employment.

Your main tasks are to

• prospect and develop collaborations with companies
• mediate regular jobs, company internships, IGU and other company-oriented offers
• match citizens and companies with a focus on job potential
• support job search, CVs and interview preparation
• follow up on company programs and ensure progression toward employment
• collaborate closely with case workers, companies, language schools and other partners

About you

You have experience from the employment sector, business services, recruitment, HR, sales or similar. You are motivated by achieving results and thrive at the intersection of citizens and companies.

• have insight into the labor market and the needs of companies
• are proactive, relationship-oriented and results-driven
• can create good and durable matches between citizen and company
• work independently while actively contributing to cross-disciplinary collaboration
• communicate professionally and respectfully with both citizens and companies

Experience with the integration field is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The position is 37 hours per week. Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement, with HK or DS.
