Buyer's Advisor at a real estate agency

We are looking for a skilled buyer advisor for our real estate agencies in Odder and Horsens – and we are actually more interested in what you can do than how your CV looks.

The most important requirement is simple

👉 You have experience with buyer advisory for home buyers and know what it takes to help a buyer safely through a property transaction.

How you got there is less important.

Perhaps you are an experienced real estate agent or lawyer who still loves the profession but no longer needs a traditional full-time position. You might prefer 25 hours a week and still have plenty of time for grandchildren, golf, travel or other hobbies.

Perhaps you are younger and ambitious , have experience with buyer advisory and a strong interest in the housing market – and are motivated to make a real difference for people facing one of life's biggest financial decisions.

Or perhaps you are somewhere completely else in your career.

The common thread is more important than your age and title: you must have worked with buyer advisory and want to work with it.

🔑 How you divide your time between the two businesses

The key is that the tasks are completed professionally, and that our buyers experience a competent, attentive and accessible advisor.

WHO ARE YOU? You have experience with buyer advisory and understand the process around a property purchase.

You can review a transaction with a critical eye, create an overview and explain complex matters so the buyer understands them.

But just as importantly

You like people.

Good buyer advisory isn't just about documents, easements, reports, deadlines and advisory reservations. It's about creating the sense of security that makes the customer dare to make the right decision.
