Then you may be the Building Consultant we are seeking for Tryg. Here you get a central role, where you work closely with both trades, loss adjusters and claims handlers to develop collaborations, raise quality and create good customer experiences.

About the job | Relationships, quality and development

As Building Consultant you will be an important part of the work to strengthen the collaboration between Tryg and our network of trades. You will have a varied day, where you work across the organisation and contribute to ensuring that our customers meet a professional, efficient and quality-conscious effort when the damage has occurred.

Your primary responsibilities are to

• Manage the collaboration with selected trades in our partner network
• Hold ongoing collaboration and follow-up meetings together with loss adjusters
• Follow up on customer experiences and the quality of the work performed
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing among claims handlers and loss adjusters
• Drive and support initiatives that develop the collaboration with our external partners

The role gives you the opportunity to work with both strategic development initiatives and operational tasks close to the business. About you | Construction expertise and relationship-building approach

To succeed in the role it is important that you have both solid construction technical understanding and thrive in a role where collaboration, dialogue and development are in focus. You are able to build trust in relationships, work in a structured way and translate insights and ideas into concrete actions.

You are most successful if you

• Have a construction technical background and experience from the construction or claims industry
• Are skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships
• Work in a structured way and follow up on agreements, quality and results
• Thrive in cross-disciplinary collaboration with professionals and stakeholders
• Communicate clearly and naturally to different target groups

Additionally, it is an advantage if you have a higher education as a building constructor, civil engineer or equivalent. We also value that you are curious about development and motivated to find solutions that create value for colleagues, partners and customers.
