We are currently seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant in our private home care department in Randers. You thrive with holistic care and can see yourself as an important player in relation to the Elderly Act. Carelink Pleje Randers provides private home care throughout the municipality. As a Social and Health Care Assistant you will participate in the daily care of our citizens, you should be a collaborative partner and provide support to your colleagues.

We are strengthening to be able to provide health services under the Health Act and to deliver holistic care at a high professional level, therefore we need you.

The department started up in February 2026, so we are a new team and you can help shape our culture and the professional foundation we will stand on.

As we are so new, some flexibility with shifts is to be expected. However, consideration will be given to your preferences so that work-life balance. You can expect to work weekends every 3rd weekend and primarily day shifts.

We need professionally skilled colleagues to ensure the continued cross-disciplinary dialogue and in the implementation of the new Elder Act and health reform.

You are expected to be able to work independently and have a good overview, with an understanding of working according to current instructions and procedures.
