Børneområde Midt is a district institution with three day cares: Børnehuset Hættegården (0-6 years), Børnehuset Vesterparken (0-6 years) and Børnehuset 1000Fryd (0-6 years). In Børnehuset1000Fryd there is space for 81 kindergarten children and 12 toddlers.

The job profile

You participate in collaboration with the entire staff group in Børneområde Midt by taking part in planned pedagogical meetings.

In everyday life you participate in children’s meetings in the house, where tasks are discussed collegially and with sparring from the team leader as well as PP consultants from the Center for Growth and Learning.

You contribute to organizing, preparing as well as documenting and evaluating learning spaces for the child group you are attached to. You contribute to qualifying our play and learning environments. We work from FMK’s learning plan model, where we plan a learning environment for a period at a time based on the current child group. You have an important communication task in relation to making the pedagogical practice visible in daily life.

You will handle tasks related to parent collaboration, action plans and collaboration with cross-disciplinary consultants. In FMK we work from a politically adopted policy for children and youth; we develop action plans for current development needs individually and for groups, we work systematically to describe children’s well-being and learning.

Salary placement according to the BUPL/PMF agreement in the area. Salary placement between 370,000kr – 550,000kr, including pension. Negotiable individually based on qualifications.
