As our new Citizen Advisor you will work closely with six other colleagues.

In addition, we value that you

  • Have experience with paying out benefits in the cash welfare area and with the Municipal Benefit System (KY)
  • Have knowledge of flex-wage subsidies and unemployment benefits
  • Are service-oriented internally and externally, outgoing and eager to meet people with many different needs and backgrounds
  • Are robust and can keep many balls in the air at once
  • Are municipally educated with a completed kommunom or other relevant education or experience

About us

  • We are a workplace with a focus on cooperation and development
  • An organization where managers and employees dare to take responsibility and try new ways
  • A group that quickly adapts to meet future challenges and seize new potentials
  • Committed colleagues
  • An outward-facing job
  • Good staff conditions such as canteen, gym and a well-functioning staff association
