(Clinic) nurses for Home Care Salling

Skive Municipality's Senior Committee has in Budget 2027 prioritized allocating more resources to home nursing, and of course we are pleased that we now have the opportunity to hire more nurses in Home Care Salling.

We are therefore advertising somewhat broadly

• Nurses who would like to be part of our home care areas in Durup, Balling and Jebjerg
• Nurses who would like to mainly work evenings or nights – also welcome in combination with day shifts
• A nurse who wishes to work in our nursing clinics in Durup, Jebjerg and Balling – for example in combination with shifts in home care every 3rd weekend

As a nurse in Salling you work closely with the social and health care assistant staff in the out-reach citizen teams in Balling, Jebjerg and Durup/ Fur. Here there is an opportunity to work continuously in longer-term care for citizens with complex nursing needs. You will daily have the opportunity for sparring with some professionally highly competent nurse colleagues.

Right now we are focused on the nurses' role in the daily triage meetings as well as in Citizens' Meetings and during Start-up conversations, where Clinical Leadership comes to the fore in terms of ensuring high quality, patient safety and efficiency in daily, cross-disciplinary care. Rehabilitation in nursing is our second strategic focus area, where we work with the basic understanding, but also with a more systematic approach to rehabilitation. In addition we look forward - with the new Health Reform – from 2027 to strengthen the effort around basic palliation in primary sector.

Especially for the nursing clinics it applies that tasks are always doctor-prescribed and the treatment takes place in close collaboration with the responsible doctor. There is a large flow of citizens through the nursing clinics every day and you have a high degree of influence on the offering to the citizen – for example you make the appointment with the citizen for the next time based on your professional assessment.

In the nursing clinic you work very independently, but you will always be able to engage in dialogue with and seek advice from a colleague, just as your workday always starts and ends together with other nurses.

We want to do things well and are known for delivering high nursing professional quality. Among colleagues we have an informal tone and there should be room to speak one's mind. We, in turn, place emphasis on this reaching the right recipient. We pride ourselves on having many years of combined seniority – we rarely have resignations from our nurses, which we take as a valuable indicator of well-being and a good work environment. Do it well – and have a good time.

There are rarely two days that are the same, but you can expect that it is often busy and therefore you must be able to thrive in a high tempo. Both citizens, their relatives and your colleagues rely on you and your efforts. Therefore it is necessary that you are reliable and flexible.

With us you can influence your own shift schedule via Loop. We are known to be quite flexible with our scheduling, as long as the citizens' needs are met.

During the summer holiday we tend to arrange internally among the nurses in the units, just as holidays are distributed according to the nurses' individual wishes. You can expect to work on average every 3rd weekend and there is generally a great willingness in the nursing group to swap with each other.

We are looking for you who …

… possess high professional competency, have an overview and can work independently. You must be robust and able to create calm and security for citizens and their relatives. You must appear friendly and approachable to your fellow humans and flexible in relation to your colleagues.
