Clinical psychologist for assessment and treatment in Kolding

Carelink Psykiatri strengthens its psychological expertise and is seeking an experienced clinical psychologist for our clinic in Kolding. You will have a daily routine with both assessment and treatment, as well as the opportunity to contribute to the development of our psychological work.

We assess and treat children, adolescents and adults. Your primary experience may be from the child and adolescent field or the adult field. Your tasks are planned based on your competences and the clinic's patient base.

Your tasks

You will, among other things, work with

• Testing with ADOS-2, WISC and/or WAIS as part of psychiatric assessment processes.
• Preparation, administration, scoring, clinical interpretation and documentation of examinations.
• Communication of results to patients, relatives and relevant partners.
• Interdisciplinary conferences and treatment planning.
• Independent individual treatment pathways for patients with, for example, anxiety, depression or stress reactions, both in person and online.
• Development of test practice, clinical workflows and treatment offerings.

We are looking for someone who

• Is cand.psych. or has a similarly approved education, has Danish health professional authorization and the right to call themselves a psychologist with supervised practice (clinical psychologist).
• Has relevant courses and practical experience with ADOS-2 as well as WISC and/or WAIS.
• Has experience with independent therapeutic courses and relevant, evidence-based treatment methods. Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy is an advantage.
• Works in a structured and independent manner and can make well-founded clinical decisions within your area of competence.
• Thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration and expresses yourself clearly in Danish, both orally and in writing.

Experience from private practice is an advantage, but not a requirement. It is also an advantage if you are comfortable conducting patient conversations in English, but this is not a prerequisite.

We work with clear frameworks for the content of tasks, time consumption and quality. Preparation, documentation and feedback are part of planning. You use professional sparring as needed, and we emphasize an open dialogue if the complexity of a task requires a different arrangement.

Working hours and workplace

The position is based at our clinic in Kolding. The starting point is 37 hours per week during daytime on weekdays. A lower number of hours can be discussed.

Any activity at other addresses is agreed separately. Start date will be arranged individually.

Carelink Psykiatri is part of Carelink Gruppen, Denmark's largest welfare group, with activities in health, social and family areas as well as job and well-being. In Carelink Psykiatri we assess and treat children, adolescents and adults at our clinics in Kolding, Viborg, Roskilde and Copenhagen.

You will spend your daily life in a local clinic with cross-disciplinary colleagues and a larger organization behind you. The group's administrative, legal and digital functions support clinical operations, so you have an organization around your patient work.

We are building our permanent psychologist team around existing assessment and treatment tasks. You will therefore join an established clinic and at the same time have the opportunity to influence the work of psychologists and collaboration.
