The citizen has a cognitive impairment and autism. She is not age-appropriate. She understands everything and can answer with relevant short responses. She has had difficulties with articulation, speaks in a low voice and can be hard to understand, but you get to know it along the way. She needs time to communicate or draw if you have not understood her. She becomes easily tired, so the companion must be aware if she needs a break. She requires stability and predictability.

She is a cheerful and good-humored young woman with really good humor. She loves to joke around and cares a lot about other people. She is a caring young woman. She is especially interested in creative activities such as sewing plush toys.

She would like to be accompanied to visits with friends - creative activities - playgrounds - walks - social events with friends - girl talk - the cinema - theatre - experiences - fitness center, where the companion actively participates - swimming pool, where the companion must join in the water and what else you can think of.

Perhaps, on a rare occasion, the companionship may also include an overnight stay of 1-2 nights with her friends, e.g. in Lalandia or similar.

The citizen has 15 hours per month for companionship.

The companionship will be on Mondays, Fridays and weekends.

Approximately 3-6 times per month, about 2-5 hours per occasion.

Agreements are made in collaboration with the citizen's contact person.

There is a requirement for a driver's license for this position.

The position as a companion is a part-time position.

The companion scheme is always used for self-chosen activities outside the citizen's home.

The citizen covers all expenses related to the companionship.

Hourly wage

Weekdays: About 170 DKK

Saturday: About 180 DKK

Sunday: About 190 DKK

Wages vary depending on where in the country the citizen lives.
