About the role

As a Controller at Recover you will become part of a competent and engaged finance department with 16 employees, where collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional sparring are in focus. You will get a broad and responsible role with tasks ranging from month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, analyses to development of processes and systems. In the role you will have the opportunity to shape both processes and workflows, and you will work closely with a senior controller and CFO.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Month-end closing and controlling
• Internal reporting and reporting to the group
• Budget, forecast and budget follow-up
• Analyses of costs and hours
• Ad hoc analyses and sparring with the business
• Optimization of processes, ERP and BI systems

We are looking for you who

Have drive and care about delivering high-quality work. In addition you have a sharp eye for detail and precision, while you can maintain an overview in busy periods. It is important that you are curious by nature and enjoy seeking opportunities for optimization and development of processes. Finally, it is essential that you are good at communicating with colleagues at all levels, and that you want to work in a growing company.

In addition it is crucial that you

• Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience with controlling - preferably within craft, service or similar industries.
• Hold an HD or equivalent background – or solid relevant experience
• Are strong analytically and can translate numbers into conclusions on your own
• Have good IT and system skills - including Excel proficiency
• Communicate confidently in Danish and English and ideally understand Norwegian and Swedish
• Experience with ERP or Power BI is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Preferably familiarity with time registration, collective agreements and payroll
