Abigail Restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate chef who wants to help create gastronomic experiences in special surroundings in the heart of Copenhagen.

At Abigail we focus on flavour, season and quality . Our kitchen is based on good ingredients, classical craft and modern gastronomy, where the detail is important – both on the plate and in the overall experience for our guests.

As a chef you will be an important part of the kitchen team and will have the opportunity to make your mark on the daily operation and the continued development of Abigail.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of an ambitious kitchen where quality, precision and collaboration go hand in hand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mise en place and execution during service
• Preparation and plating with focus on flavor, quality and detail
• Ensuring a high and consistent gastronomic level
• Collaboration with the rest of the kitchen and restaurant team
• Focus on ingredient quality, seasonality and minimal food waste
• Contribute ideas and creativity to the kitchen's continued development
• Ensure structure, order and good workflows in the kitchen

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

Are a trained chef – or have solid experience from ambitious restaurants – and above all are passionate about your craft.

You have gastronomic ambitions and a strong professional curiosity . You pay attention to detail, but also understand that a strong kitchen is built through teamwork, structure and mutual respect.
