We are seeking skilled colleagues for a permanent position as a coordinating job advisor for the sick leave/job clarification area.

Your new everyday life will be as part of Job and Health, which currently counts 32 advisors who handle tasks for citizens receiving sick pay or in a job-clarification program. In addition, we have three prevention counselors in our Travel Team who prevent sick leave in companies.

Job and Health is part of the job center, which falls under the Ministry of Labour, Guidance and Integration, which also includes Slagelse Language Center. The Job Center is dynamic and development-oriented with a focus on dialogue and collaboration as well as an effective and results-oriented effort. We focus on what works and are aware of continuously developing in a sector where political as well as administrative decisions set high demands on our adaptability.

The tasks primarily consist of

• handling the cohesive and coordinating authority role in sick leave and job-clarification cases
• holding individual conversations, making decisions and ensuring progression in the citizen's case
• collaborating broadly with colleagues internally and externally, with citizens, companies, suppliers and other actors in the area – always with the aim that the sick-listed person returns to the labor market as soon as possible
• solving administrative tasks

Salary and employment terms

Permanent position, 37 hours per week.

Start date 1 December 2026, preferably earlier.

The workplace is the Employment Market, Guidance and Integration – Job Center Slagelse, Kalundborgvej 59a, 4200 Slagelse.

Employment is according to the current agreement for social workers and social facilitators

Starting salary

• The starting salary for social workers per month for full-time excluding pension is DKK 35,471.00 - 37,650.18 including the base pay supplement.
• The starting salary for social facilitators per month for full-time excluding pension is DKK 35,746.56 - 37,278.17 including the base pay supplement.

Note that the final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education and qualifications according to the Ny løn (New Pay) principles.

When employed by Slagelse Municipality, references will be obtained and a criminal record check requested.
