Dedicated leaders for operations management in Commercial Property Valuation

Would you like to help solve an important societal task, where we create trust and security for property owners within the commercial sector? We have now started sending assessments to commercial, agricultural and other properties. If you enjoy leading professionally skilled employees, where you set direction and create followership during a major transformation process? Then you may be our new functional lead in either Maribo or Trekroner. We are seeking a functional leader for both Property Assessment Commercial centers.

It has not escaped notice that the rollout of the new property assessments has begun. The Assessment Authority (Vurderingsstyrelsen) undertakes a particularly important task, where we work to ensure transparent property assessments for correct taxation. Our new property assessment system places high demands on cooperation, efficient operation and ongoing competence development of both managers and employees.

Support for stable and quality-conscious case handling

As a functional leader you have a varied daily life, ranging from professional leadership over operations and personnel management, all contributing to a strong team of about 20-25 employees. You do not do this alone but in close collaboration with a professionally skilled coordinating holder and a nearby leadership group at the site, consisting of one head of office and a team of engaged functional leaders.

We work to ensure that both new and experienced employees have a high standard in the work, so we contribute to increasing trust in property assessments. You will therefore lead a stable and quality-conscious case processing of the new property assessments, where you also contribute to the development process, which includes onboarding of new employees, training programs and the implementation of a new system. Therefore it is also important that together with us you want to create and work with change processes, even when it is challenging.

As a functional leader you are responsible for

• ensure focus on quality and professionalism in the unit
• focus on optimization of task solving and processes through operations and board management
• contribute to cross-cutting coordination and sparring
• ensure employees' competence development
• have an eye for change management.

Talent for operations management and a strong business understanding

As a leader in the Assessment Authority you are the professional sparring partner for your employees, but you have a professional coordinating holder to assist you until you are ready for the task. You have a sharp eye for operations management with ongoing planning and board management, just as you ensure focus on quality and professionalism in the unit. Finally it comes naturally to you to work proactively to create wellbeing, motivation and clear communication, so that both you and your employees navigate safely in the transformation process which the Assessment Authority is in the middle of.
