A well-functioning dental service

We are seeking a dentist for the clinic in Nakskov 1-3 days a week.

The dental service is distributed over two sites. One clinic at the health center in Nakskov and one at the health center in Maribo.

We are a well-functioning dental service with engaged staff consisting of 5 dentists, 10 dental assistants, 1 chief dentist, 1 secretary, 1 dental hygienist, as well as a number of external consultants who handle anesthesia and surgery as well as orthodontics.

We are seeking dentists who have a high professional standard and who are good at working in teams where there is respect for each individual's competencies. We place great importance on your ability to communicate with both children and adults and your willingness to participate in the dental service's development.

We hold regular dentist meetings, where we present cases for development and learning.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment starting on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Starting salary for the position is expected to take as its base from the basic salary scale in the dentists' collective agreement (DKK 39,501.56 – 44,596.97). In addition, there is a pension of 20.74%. Furthermore, there will be an opportunity for negotiation of individual allowances based on relevant competences.

The dental service operates for only 41 weeks; the remaining weeks of the year are holidays or non-working.
