Responsibilities

• Professional and multidisciplinary project manager
• Design of load-bearing structures in timber, masonry, concrete, steel and geotechnical engineering
• Act as a mentor in your team with shared responsibility for developing younger colleagues
• Liaison with clients, authorities and contractors
• Owner/Client advisory services
• Execution of site supervision and construction management

Qualifications

• Strong qualifications as a structural engineer and project manager, with background in employment in another consultancy or contracting company and with a thorough understanding of the construction phases and processes
• Communicative, proactive and naturally outgoing
• You are a trained engineer and have at least 5–10 years of experience in the design of load-bearing structures
• You are familiar with Revit and AutoCAD
• You are flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• You have an interest in proactive sales
• Salary based on qualifications
