Digital Commerce Manager - Set the direction for ABENA Denmark's digital commerce

Then you may be the Digital Commerce Manager we are looking for to develop and drive ABENA Denmark's digital trading business.

A role with business responsibility and the opportunity to make your mark

Digital commerce is playing an increasingly important role in how professional customers collaborate with ABENA. Our ambition is not merely to offer a well-functioning webshop. We want to create digital solutions that make it easier for customers to trade with us, find relevant products and manage their procurement and collaboration with ABENA.

As Digital Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving ABENA Denmark's digital trading business across both the public and private sales organizations. You translate business goals into concrete initiatives and ensure that our digital channels continue to develop to the benefit of both customers and the business.

You will have managerial responsibility for three specialists and become part of the leadership forum across ABENA Denmark's sales organizations. Here you will be an important sparring partner in strengthening our commercial efforts and the digital support of customers.

At the same time, you will play a central role in the collaboration with the group’s digital functions. Your success depends largely on your ability to create coherence between local business needs and global solutions, as well as ensuring progress through strong relationships and clear priorities.

You will develop an area with a strong foundation

You take over an area with a strong foundation, a competent team and a clear ambition to strengthen the digital part of the customers' collaboration with ABENA.

Based on the business plan, you will identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and ensure that we continue to develop solutions that create value for customers and support our commercial goals.

It requires a leader who can think strategically, create buy-in and at the same time engage in the analyses, improvements and decisions that make a real difference in everyday life.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Develop and execute ABENA Denmark's strategy and business plan for digital commerce.
• Lead, develop and support the eCommerce team and ensure clear priorities and high quality in deliveries.
• Drive the development of ABENA Denmark's digital Webshops based on customer needs, data and business value.
• Identify and realize opportunities in digital commerce, AI, automation and self-service solutions.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into concrete initiatives that strengthen digital adoption and deliver measurable results.
• Create momentum through close collaboration with sales, contact centers, Go-To-Market and relevant Group functions.
• Represent ABENA Denmark's needs and priorities in collaboration with the group’s digital sales and development functions.

We imagine that you

• Have experience in developing digital business areas and translating strategic ambitions into measurable results.
• Have experience in people management and are motivated by developing people, competencies and collaboration.
• Have a solid understanding of modern B2B and B2G commerce and the ability to translate customer insights, business needs and digital possibilities into concrete value.
• Have experience with strategy development, business plans, budgets and KPI follow-up.
• Deliver results through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work analytically and in a structured way, but at the same time have a strong drive to turn ideas into action.
