About the job

Do you want to work closely with the citizen and make a real difference in everyday life?

Are you passionate about holistic care, interdisciplinary collaboration and rehabilitation with a focus on what matters to the individual?

We are seeking registered nurses for a permanent position in Home Nursing and the Everyday Rehabilitation Team in Bjerringbro – an exciting area in development where professionalism, relationships and presence are in focus, from December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About us

We are a home care unit in a beautiful rural area, organized into three, soon four citizen-near teams, as well as an evening team. Here we work closely with the citizen – and closely together to create quality, well-being and professional excellence.

You will become part of a strong and engaged team, consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health helpers, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, house assistants and visitation. Here professional sparring, collaboration and development are natural parts of everyday life.

Your tasks

As a nurse in Bjerringbro you will

  • manage and coordinate complex nursing tasks in the citizen’s own home
  • work rehabilitatively and support the citizen’s own mastery
  • be an important sparring partner for colleagues across disciplines
  • ensure quality and coherence in the citizen’s care path
  • contribute actively to professional development and a well-functioning work environment
  • maintain close contact with both relatives and collaboration partners

We are looking for you who

  • is a trained nurse – preferably with experience from home care or rehabilitation
  • has a holistic care mindset and sees opportunities rather than limitations
  • works independently and in a structured way – and at the same time values teamwork
  • has strong relation-building skills and the ability to create trust and security for citizens
  • is professionally ambitious and motivated for ongoing learning and development

We offer

  • a daily life in a well-functioning and professionally strong team
  • a good and well-planned introduction
  • a high degree of independence and opportunity to influence your workday
  • close collaboration with therapists, visitation and social and health care staff and planners
  • a focus on well-being, humor and collegial support
  • day shifts with weekend shifts every 4th weekend
  • ongoing professional sparring and opportunity for competency development
