We are looking for

• 1 social- and health care assistant for a permanent position
• 1 social- and health care assistant for a maternity leave cover

We would like the start date to be 1 January 2027 – preferably earlier if possible.

A meaningful job with the citizen at the center

At our upcoming Health and Care Pladser, we meet citizens with needs for care, treatment, observation and rehabilitation – for example after a hospital stay or during a period where there is a need for a more extensive effort than in their own home.

As a social- and health care assistant you will have an important role in the citizens' pathways. You will use your professional expertise to observe, assess and respond to changes in citizens' condition and contribute to safe, coherent trajectories.

We base our work on each citizen's resources, needs and goals, focusing on maintaining or regaining functions and managing everyday life as best as possible.

Practical information

Start date: 1 January 2027, preferably earlier.

Working hours: Generally 37 hours per week. Other hours can be agreed. Primarily day shifts with a weekend duty every other or every third weekend.
