Social- and health care assistant or social- and health care helper sought for permanent evening shift at Ældrecenter Bålhøj

The position, as our new evening colleague, is available from 1 December 2026 or by agreement. The weekly working hours will be by arrangement.

There is rolling compensatory time off for Sunday hours. You should expect to work every 2nd weekend.

As evening shift at Ældrecenter Bålhøj, you have a good opportunity to influence the planning of tasks and to get to know your colleagues well.

In our workplace you get

• A weekday with exciting challenges, where you have the opportunity to use your competences. You will have responsibility for 8 residents. The tasks will include physical and mental care, meals, activities, contact with relatives.

• Opportunity to work with good documentation practice. If you do not know our system Cura, you will receive training in it.

About us

Ældrecenter Bålhøj is centrally located in Tårs, with 40 residents across 5 wards, of which one is a secured section.

It is a place with some wonderful residents, engaged staff and a manager who supports it all.

We place emphasis on a good introduction of new employees to our workplace.

We also focus on creating a common ground for our solution of the daily tasks around the residents.

We are broadly represented within many professional groups both centrally and cross-disciplinary. At Ældrecenter Bålhøj you will meet amongst others

Nurses, social and health care assistants, social and health care helpers, housekeepers and service assistant, planner, service employee.

There is close collaboration with the professional team, home care visiting, dietary advisor, nursing home doctor, therapists, hospital, specialists.

Salary and terms of employment are fixed according to the applicable collective agreement.
