About the job

Neurology, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy at Gødstrup offers a unique opportunity to work as a project employee in our research department with expected start on 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible.

We are looking for a person with a health professional background, who preferably has experience with clinical research/project work and is motivated to contribute to strengthen the department's research efforts.

You can be a nurse or have another health background, and you have clinical research competencies. The position provides ample opportunity for both professional and personal development within research and projects, including the possibility to obtain clinical professional competencies in neurological diseases (if you don’t already have them). The position is a permanent role, where the work is distributed across research projects and clinical functions in the department.

In the role you will work in an exciting and dynamic daily life that is never boring. You will be part of a close, interdisciplinary collaboration with good and capable colleagues. We are a diverse research team consisting of both nurses, doctors, a bioanalyst, physical and occupational therapists, neurophysiologists, neuropsychologists and secretaries. All in all, we have an exciting department with many opportunities, and where everyone has a strong interest in professional sparring, development, and making a difference for the patients.

We are a department with room to grow, and you will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge to various research and clinical activities. You will have good opportunities to influence the scheduling of work time.

In Neurology, Occupational and Physical Therapy we always put the patient at the center. We have a diverse patient group with neurological-related disorders, and we collaborate across disciplines to strengthen and tailor treatment, diagnostics and rehabilitation according to the patient’s functional level and individual needs.

Your work functions

In the research projects you will work closely with the department’s research coordinator and the rest of the research team in a diverse and exciting daily life with opportunities to influence. There is an opportunity to participate in relevant courses and events, and in the initial period there will be an introductory program.

The clinical part of your work gives you a close relationship to everyday life in the department and thus the opportunity to spot good ideas and needs in relation to the research work. The content in the clinical part of your work will naturally be influenced by which health professional background you have.
