Do you want to work with data, systems and support at SSP in Copenhagen Airport? (20 months)

Full-time maternity cover from January 1, 2027 to August 31, 2028 with possibility of extension

An invoice does not match a goods receipt, a new product needs to be created in the point-of-sale system, or a colleague needs help with a system. These are some of the tasks you will work with as part of our Data Team.

We are looking for a curious and structured colleague who likes to find solutions and help ensure everyday life runs smoothly in our restaurants, cafes and shops.

Your tasks

You will become part of a small team that works with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Simphony. You will have a broad contact surface and collaborate, among others, with Operations, Commercial, Purchasing and Finance.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Investigate and handle invoices that do not match the goods receipts in SAP.
• Create and maintain products, prices and linkages to recipes in Oracle Simphony.
• Provide support to colleagues and help with questions about the systems.
• Ensure good data quality and contribute to improving workflows.
• Train employees in the point-of-sale system and relevant SAP functions in connection with the opening of new restaurants at Copenhagen Airport in 2027.

Who are you?

We imagine you have an interest in IT, data and systems. You may have experience from a similar position or from restaurant and shop operations, where you have worked with point-of-sale systems or goods receipt.

• Have good IT skills and be familiar with Excel.
• Work in a structured and meticulous way and see your tasks through to the end.
• Are curious and good at finding solutions.
• Can explain systems and workflows in an understandable way.
• Thrive with both independent tasks and collaboration with colleagues.
• Communicate well in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with SAP, Oracle Simphony or master data is an advantage, but not a requirement. We provide a good introduction to the systems.
