Skilled and dedicated doctor sought for our well-functioning practice in Esbjerg

We prioritise the patient and we seek professionalism as well as presence and approachability. We like to work as a team, to help and support each other and to help our patients as a common goal.

At the clinic there is 1 doctor, 2 nurses, 1 biomedical analyst and 1 secretary. We have about 3,600 patients and XMO is our practice management system.

We are seeking a doctor who wishes to enjoy being a doctor, to be a colleague and to have time for their private life.

We offer regular joint internal education, supervision and sparring with colleagues where everyone counts and where we learn from each other. There is also the opportunity to participate in courses during the year.

We value preventive measures where the patient could avoid larger problems while we support them in managing their health conditions. Always with respect for the individual and a listening attitude.

The clinic is located in the centre, in front of the Esbjerg Art Museum, the Music House and the Water Tower. It is about a 12-14 minute walk from Esbjerg train station and bus terminal.

The employment is a §24 contract starting as soon as possible. A full-time contract is offered and the salary is according to the collective agreement.

We are looking for a practicing doctor whom patients see as their own responsible physician. Therefore some of the requirements we look for are responsibility, engagement, patient follow-up, listening, teamwork and a gentle smile.
