The Rævedalsvej kindergarten, Daycare Svenstrup is seeking an educator, 37 hours as soon as possible or by 1 December 2026.

About us

The Rævedalsvej Kindergarten is normed for 38 children and is located in the most wonderful natural area in Ferslev. We collaborate closely with parents, school and the local community, where forest, hills and open spaces provide a special calm and freedom in everyday life.

We work functionally and are divided into smaller groups across the building 4 days a week with fixed pedagogical activities. Thus, we are together with all the kindergarten's wonderful children in turns during the week.

We are looking for a colleague

• Who, together with the children, prioritizes music, body and movement both on our large inviting playground and in our motor skills room.
• Who has a good familiarity with e.g. ICDP, Nest or neuro-pedagogy and uses this to support the children's participation opportunities in the children's communities.
• Who works and sees themselves in a committed collaboration with the whole staff at Rævedalsvej.
• Who every day is passionate about having the very best day together with the 3-6-year-olds .
• Who sees parent collaboration and involvement as an important prerequisite for the child's well-being.
• Who is initiative-taking, responsible and curious , naturally with respect and loyalty to our curriculum and kindergarten's culture.

• The importance of relationships between the children and for the child's sense of belonging within the community.
• A committed collaboration among colleagues, where respect, communication, high professional standards and humor are the basis for our work.
• To involve the parents, as they naturally know their child best.
• That the small daily games, activities and learning environments have significance for the child's development and well-being, especially together with you, who is engaged and present.
• To include the child's voice and be curious about the child's diverse initiatives.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is covered by a collective agreement, local salary formation and based on the base pay step 26. Other terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement between KL and BUPL. Before final employment, criminal and child protection checks will be obtained.
