At Børnehuset Rosenkilden we are looking for a trained pedagogue for our lovely nursery, as we unfortunately have to say goodbye to a highly valued colleague who has chosen to continue her professional journey working with adults.

We are looking for someone who, with heart at the forefront, wants to be a meaningful part of the daily life of the youngest children.

For the little ones, you are much more than a pedagogue. You are a role model, a secure base, an inspirer and a guide. They learn from everything you do. From your presence, your language, the way you meet them and your desire to play, explore and be curious together with them.

You help the child take its first steps toward independence. You support, guide and encourage when the spoon has to be brought to the mouth, the clothes put on, the body mastered, and new skills conquered. You celebrate the small successes because you know how big they are for the child.

Who are we?

In the nursery we are

6 trained staff

2 teaching assistants

We are distributed across three rooms

A settling room for children 0-1 years with 6 children and 2 adults.

Two rooms with 10 children and 3 adults in each room.

We use our wonderful playground every day and we often go on trips in the local area, where the children get the opportunity to experience, explore and learn through shared experiences.
