Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a pedagogue with strong relationship skills. A pedagogue with knowledge of and experience in working with students' arousal, behavior and conflict management.

Due to student intake and long-term absence, Trekløverskolen, afd. Borup Byvej, is seeking a pedagogue for a temporary position, with start as soon as possible. This is a fixed-term position until and including 30 June 2027.

Flyer

As a flyer you become part of a strong pedagogical community, where you participate as internal substitute coverage across classes and teams at the department.

The role of flyer requires an overview, flexibility and the ability to quickly establish relationships with both students and colleagues. You will become an important resource that supports continuity in the school's daily life when permanent staff are absent, and contribute to creating safety and stability for the students.

Working as a flyer provides an exciting and varied daily life, where you gain insight into different student groups, learning environments and pedagogical approaches. You will become part of a workplace where there is a focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing and joint reflection on practice – all based on Trekløverskolen's values and the Low Arousal approach.

Teams

In these positions we are specifically seeking staff who have experience with students with different types of diagnoses and comorbidities. For some of the students, their cognitive functioning level is below their biological age.

You must be able to participate in the interdisciplinary collaboration around the students, also in relation to the documentation that accompanies the pedagogical work. This includes communication with parents, filling out special education student plans, status descriptions, DPU’s and other documents. It is expected that this takes place in a close and committed collaboration with the team.

This is pedagogical work with students, where pedagogy should be understood in its broadest possible sense. As a starting point, you will be assigned to a team around the students, where the above pedagogical tasks constitute a large part of your daily life. The students' daily condition and timetable can vary, and it is expected that you are able to adapt your pedagogical approach to this.

Who is Trekløverskolen?

Trekløverskolen is distributed across three departments: Blommevej, Borup Byvej and Støvringgårdvej. The current student base is about 300 students. We have about 170 staff members across teachers, pedagogues, PAU, assistants, therapists and TAP. The target group includes students with communicative challenges, such as delayed or no linguistic development, students with socio-emotional challenges, students with physical disabilities as well as students with specific challenges within the autism spectrum, ADHD, developmental delay and comorbidities. Some of our students also have a pronounced mental retardation.

Trekløverskolen is a school where dialogue and openness are important core elements in our collaborative climate. We work from an appreciative approach, focusing on each student's competencies and resources, so that learning situations are planned according to the students' functional and prerequisites level. We work with the expanded learning concept and bringing the subject to the child. We work with the students' life skills, so that the students have the best conditions to achieve as much independence and mastery of their own life as possible.

It is expected that you are adaptable and flexible. That you can work systematically with knowledge, including knowledge about the prerequisites and functional level of the student.

• Has experience with or interest in working in the special education field
• Shows flexibility in daily life
• Actively participates in the school's daily life and development

• Can participate in lift/transfer tasks for students who require this
• Can schedule their working hours between 06:30 and 17:00

Practical information

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the current collective agreement.

When employed, criminal record check and children's certificate are obtained, as well as references from previous places of employment.
