Educator or teaching assistant for Bregnbjergskolen

At Bregnbjergskolen, we are looking for 1-2 engaged and academically solid pedagogues or pedagogical aides who want to be an important part of both our primary school and SFO.

We seek staff who are passionate about creating participation opportunities for all children, who believe in the value of strong relationships and communities, and who meet children with curiosity, recognition and clarity. An educator/assistant who can stand strong in the task, even when it is complex, and who sees possibilities rather than limitations.

Your main tasks

As a pedagogue or assistant at Bregnbjergskolen you will have duties in both the lower school and in our SFO.

• support students' well-being, learning and development in the school part

• work closely with teachers, pedagogues and parents regarding the children's development
• be a clear and present adult with strong relationship skills
• support the school's positive view of children
• plan and carry out pedagogical activities in the SFO
• work purposefully with social communities, well-being and children's personal development
• contribute with creative and flexible solutions when everyday life calls for something other than what is planned.

Bregnbjergskolen

We are a public school with about 440 students distributed across 0-6 grades. We have a special department with six classes and about 40 students, a large and well-functioning SFO as well as around 60 staff. The school is located in Vojens, with short distance to forest and green areas.

We are a school where children should experience that they succeed as part of a community. We work every day to create participation opportunities for all students and to develop learning environments where academic strength, well-being and relationships go hand in hand.

Therefore we are seeking a pedagogue or assistant who is passionate about making a difference for children and who together with colleagues and parents will help create the best framework for children's learning, well-being and development.

Salary and employment terms

The positions are 37 hours. One is a one-year temporary position and the other a permanent position.

Start date: as soon as possible.

The pedagogue position is paid in accordance with the current agreement between KL and BUPL. The expected starting salary lies in the range between DKK 33,115 and DKK 39,634 plus pension. The assistant position is paid according to the current agreement with FOA. The final placement within the range will be based on objective criteria such as relevant education and documented work experience.
