Kløverhulen seeks a pedagogue – and a colleague with a desire for a special role

Do you want to help create safe environments, strong children’s communities and a daily life characterized by play, presence and development?

We are looking for a trained pedagogue for 37 hours from 1 December 2026 , who wants to bring their professional expertise, their presence and their commitment into play with us. We are also looking for a pedagogue who wants to take on the role of deputy .

For us, relationships and play are the starting point

At Kløverhulen we believe that well-being, curiosity and development grow when children feel safe, are met with presence, and feel they belong. We are focused on the small developmental moments that arise between the children and between the children and us as pedagogical staff.

We work purposefully with educational learning environments where all children have the opportunity to participate, develop and be a meaningful part of the community. With appreciative pedagogy, clear frameworks and intentional organization, we create space for play, immersion and development.

Play has a very special place with us. We are looking for a pedagogue who dares to sit on the floor, follow the children’s initiatives, contribute ideas and help carry the play forward. You should be able to see when the children need space to play themselves, and when your participation can support the play, inspire, or help more children into the community.

A professional community in development

As a pedagogue at Kløverhulen you will become part of a dedicated staff where we together take responsibility for the children’s well-being, learning and development. You will have the opportunity to work with children’s well-being, language and opportunities for participation, among other things in smaller groups, and contribute your ideas in a professional community.

We believe we are most successful when we as adults help each other, share experiences and are curious about our practice. We want to be a place where we share experiences, consult with each other and develop our practice – even when everyday life is busy.

In spring 2026 we started up Dagtilbud for alle at our day care, a joint development initiative focused on, among other things, physical learning environments, attachment and interaction, positions and organization, and how we move from intention to practice. And although we have now completed the three workshops, we will continue to focus on how we maintain the focus we have gained through shared reflection and evaluation, which you will naturally become a part of.

We are looking for you who

• are a trained pedagogue and work reflectively and professionally with your practice
• meet the children with presence and see play as a central part of their well-being, learning and development
• follow the children’s initiatives and dare to participate actively in the play
• have an eye for inclusion, participation and strong children’s communities
• can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities
• thrive in smaller groups and contribute positively to collaboration with colleagues and parents
• are willing to take co-responsibility for everyday life and assume the role of deputy.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting takes place after negotiations with the union representing the employee, based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-arranged agreement that can form the basis for salary setting

Weekly hours: 37 hours
