At Broparken day care, we are seeking two trained pedagogues who will help create the best childhood - and who work from the belief that children learn best when they are part of a community. Together with colleagues across rooms and departments, you will help create a consistent thread through each child's everyday life.

We are seeking pedagogues for our kindergarten department.

The positions are 32-37 hours per week.

Why choose us

Day care Broparken is a 0-6 years day care with about 100 kindergarten children, spread across 5 rooms and about 80 infants, spread across 5 rooms. As a basis there are 2 pedagogues and an assistant/educational assistant on every room. Broparken is divided into 2 departments: nursery 0-3 years and kindergarten 3-6 years. Daily we work in smaller groups and with weekly plans that build on the strengthened curriculum. We balance the children's own play as well as adult-initiated play.

We are a staff group that spans a wide range in age, experience and seniority.

The day care is in a pedagogical good professional development – we ended 2025 with a good inspection. Our focus for the next two years is child view, play/activity and continued implementation of our evaluation culture.

We have a total of 4 good playgrounds, of which 2 large playgrounds in the kindergarten are newly renovated, as well as a large indoor common square with space for movement and where all rooms gather for traditions and common Friday dance. In addition, we have a start of a krearum, a newly established science room and a tumbling room.

The day care is located close to many natural areas and several possible cultural experiences such as libraries, Heerup Museum, Zoo and nearby nursing homes, which we periodically collaborate with, in addition to sharing a campus with Broparken's building playground, which has various animal keeps.

At Broparken we have a food program and a large production kitchen. We work with the pedagogical meal and we have together developed pedagogical principles for the meals, where community, language and self-reliance are keywords.

Broparken's leadership consists of a day care manager, a deputy manager and a department head. The leadership at Broparken is close to you and practice and is available for sparring in everyday life. As a new employee at Broparken you will get a colleague mentor during your startup.
