Plejecenter Albertshøj is seeking a dedicated and professionally grounded social and health care assistant for day shift on the 3rd floor . The position is 28-37 hours per week with start 1 December 2026 or after agreement.

Who are we?

Plejecenter Albertshøj is home to 117 residents distributed across three departments on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. We are organized into 11 smaller groups, where presence, collaboration and residents' well-being are at the center.

We are centrally located in Albertslund, close to the station and the town centre, and have a strong interdisciplinary collaboration among, among others, nurses, social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care assistants, coordinators, nutrition assistants and activity staff. In addition, we collaborate with the municipality's therapists, dietitians and other professionals.

We are also an active training site for students and nursing students and see learning and development as a natural part of daily life.

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained as a social- and health care assistant
• ideally has experience in the elderly field
• Works independently and at the same time thrives in strong collaboration with colleagues
• Has experience with or interest in the contact person scheme
• Contributes to a good working environment through respect, recognition and positive communication
• Values professional quality and development highly
• Sees documentation as an important part of the core task and ideally has experience with CURA

About the position

• Day shift with start time at 07:00
• Weekend shifts every other week (odd weekends)
• 28-37 hours per week
• Start 1 December 2026
