Your tasks with us

We are looking for an employee who has an interest in working to increase health equity.

You will work with the prevention efforts targeted at citizens with chronic diseases in close collaboration with a dietitian colleague and other staff in the health area. You are expected to have broad knowledge of different interventions within dietetics and knowledge about citizens with chronic diseases, general overweight, and nutrition therapy.

You will have a varied everyday life with a number of different tasks, where you collaborate with many different citizen and employee groups. You should thrive with both practical, executing tasks in relation to citizens and with development tasks in relation to daily practice. You will meet a broad target group, which in addition to their referral diagnosis may have other challenges such as e.g. mental illness.

We value that you have experience with

• Citizen-focused initiatives with focus on diet and nutrition both individually and in groups and preferably also digitally
• Teaching on care pathway programs such as diabetes, cancer and COPD
• Nutritional therapy for both geriatric citizens and citizens with multimorbidity.
• Experience with pedagogical methods for dissemination and teaching to target groups with many different backgrounds
• Knowledge of documentation according to the NCP model.
• Familiar with IT and electronic documentation – we use Outlook, Cura, Vitakost and Liva.
• Development of information and teaching materials for different target groups
• Ad hoc presentations and dissemination to citizens, voluntary organizations and other partners.

Our core task

"The Health Center's core task is to rehabilitate citizens in Høje-Taastrup Municipality with reduced physical, mental, cognitive or social functional capacity."

Rehabilitation interventions are targeted, coherent and evidence-based health interventions based on the person’s perspectives and entire life situation.”

Salary and employment

The position is 37 hours per week, with the possibility of flexitime.

There will periodically be tasks outside of normal working hours (4 PM–8 PM) 1-2 times per week as well as occasional weekend days during the summer period.

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
