Junior Event Manager (part-time / after-school job)

Xperience Events is a social event platform. We are behind, among others, Influencer Battle and Marielyst BeachWalk and work closely with influencers, venues and our own team. The platform goes live on November 1, and you can join from the start.

We are looking for Junior Event Managers for part-time and hobby work. You will receive full training and close sparring — and at the same time room to take care of your own tasks.

Your tasks

• Relationships — You keep in touch with influencer profiles and partners and follow up so agreements don't stall.
• Support — You handle inquiries, follow up and solve the practical things that come up.
• Event delivery — You attend events with the team and help ensure the day runs smoothly — and that it's cool to be there.
• Communication — You write and speak clearly and kindly, so users and partners feel well helped.
• Coordination — You work closely with colleagues in the office and online and keep an overview when things are busy.

Who are you?

• You don't need to be an influencer yourself. You like people, keep track of your things and thrive when something is happening.
• You are service-minded, reliable and easy to work with.
• You articulate yourself clearly in Danish — in writing and spoken.
• You like the mix between screen time and being at events.
• If you have had responsibility in a student job, association or project, it's a plus — but the most important thing is that you are ready to learn and take care of your tasks.
• Bonus: Driver's license and car are an advantage, but not a requirement.
