Eventyrhuset is seeking a pedagogue with interest and competences in special interventions for children with general needs.

About the position

We want an employee who can be a secure, present and professionally strong adult for children who periodically need extra support to participate in the group. The children are a natural part of the institution's daily life, activities and relationships, but some children need the opportunity to withdraw from the group together with a familiar adult when demands, impressions or social situations become too difficult.

Your task will therefore be both to support the children's participation in the group and to create meaningful pause spaces where children can find calm, regulate themselves and receive the support they need.

We are looking for someone who is

• Is a trained pedagogue.
• Has experience with- or interest in special education initiatives.
• Has knowledge of children's well-being, development and different prerequisites for participation.
• Can work in a structured and affirming way with children who need special interventions.
• Is good at creating secure relationships and clear boundaries.
• Can collaborate closely with parents, colleagues and interdisciplinary partners.
• Sees resources and opportunities rather than limitations.

The position is 37 hours per week with a start on 1 January (4 January) 2027, or as soon as possible.

About Eventyrhuset and Egedal Municipality

Eventyrhuset houses about 100 children, distributed across 3 nursery groups, 1 toddler group and 2 kindergarten groups. We are part of the Stenløse area with a total of 11 institutions.
