We are seeking…

A passionate trained and competent teacher who highly values close teamwork and constructive collaboration with parents, the board, colleagues and the management.

If you have a reading guidance qualification or would like to train as a reading guide, it would be a great advantage.

You work purposefully to secure the students' learning and development, and you support the students' well-being so that everyone has the best possible conditions to do well in their continued schooling.

You are a skilled and clear classroom leader who ensures a good structure for the students – and you should base your decisions on didactic and subject reflections and justifications.

You are the type who takes pride in reflecting on your own practice and applying this to create better teaching and work with privileged positions and opportunities to participate for more students.

You possess the will and ability to establish positive relationships with every student, and you take responsibility for creating a safe relationship with the students, a close collaboration with parents and a strong learning community.

The timetable includes among others

• Grade 4 – Danish and class teacher duties
• Grade 4 – Christianity and Art
• Grade 7 – Danish with 8 students
• Grades 2-7 – Physical education

The interviews will take place at Vemb School on Wednesday 28 October 2026.

The position is a permanent full-time 37-hour appointment starting 1 December 2026.
