About the Psychiatry Temporary Center

We are a unit at Amager Hvidovre Hospital under HR, which provides care staff and security assistants to the psychiatric centers and somatics in the Capital Region of Denmark.

We collaborate with approximately 800 health temp staff, of which 30 are permanently employed. We deliver around 18,000 temporary shifts annually.

We have about 143 permanent security assistants. Of these, 34 work with access control and security in Udsigten, Denmark's largest forensic-psychiatric building, while the remaining 109 contribute to safety and security for patients and staff on wards and in emergency departments. We expect to recruit additional security assistants next year.

In the Temporary Center we are 16 administrative staff.

About your role and tasks

The Psychiatry Temporary Center is fused with the somatic hospitals, like other psychiatry. In the new organization we also handle several financial tasks ourselves and therefore need to strengthen our financial insight and follow-up. We expect additional financial tasks in 2027 and therefore seek a financial assistant who can also contribute to selected administrative tasks.

Your tasks are distributed over four main areas. You will work with the financial areas - budgeting, reporting and financial follow-up, tariffs and invoicing. The other areas concern administration and system support as well as secretariat support for the local MED committee.

The position is newly established, and the tasks will develop in step with the organization's needs. Your competencies and experience will influence the concrete distribution of tasks.

Our expectations of you

We expect that you have relevant experience with finance, budget follow-up and administrative tasks. It is an advantage if you know the health sector or another politically led organization.

Your educational background can be administrative or financial; the decisive is that you can solve the tasks safely and independently.

We also place emphasis on that you have the following strengths

• You work in a structured way and have a secure financial understanding. You can follow up on budgets and accounting figures, investigate deviations and communicate your assessments clearly to management and other partners.
• You have an overview and can handle tasks across the organization. You gain collaborators across the organization and a day with tempo changes, where many tasks can come in at once. You must therefore be good at keeping an overview and handling several tasks at once, some of which will have tight deadlines.
• You work securely in the Office package, including especially Excel, and learn new systems quickly. We use among others SAP, Optima, SD Løn (Payroll), Datawarehouse and relevant reporting systems. Experience with these or similar systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You work independently and prioritize collaboration highly. You take responsibility for your tasks and at the same time actively contribute to solving common and more complex tasks. We are a small team, dependent on respectful and flexible collaboration in everyday life.

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours, and we would like you to start January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

Depending on training, employment will be in accordance with the collective agreement for;

• administrative and IT staff etc. concluded between the Regions' Payroll and Tariff Board and HK Municipal.
• academics employed in the regions etc. concluded between RLTN and DM, DJØF etc.
