Ærø Kommune søger social- og sundhedshjælperelever og social- og sundhedsassistentelever med uddannelsesstart på Grundforløb 2 til januar 2027. Hovedforløbet til social- og sundhedshjælper og social- og sundhedsassistent starter til juni 2027.

Din uddannelse

Uddannelsen vil være en veksling mellem skoleperioder og praktikophold. Skoleperioderne foregår på social- og sundhedsskolen i Svendborg eller Odense

Afhængigt om det er social- og sundhedsassistent eller social- og sundhedshjælper uddannelsen, du søger, så vil du i løbet af uddannelsen få du kompetencer indenfor, sygepleje, kommunikation, medicin, genoptræning, velfærdsteknologi og rehabilitering, hvilket gør dig i stand til at skabe en bedre hverdag for borgeren.

• You must be motivated to be a trainee and ready for education
• You want to work with care and support for other people
• You are professionally curious and reflective.
• You must be robust and able to engage in relationships with ill and vulnerable people.
• You have good collaboration skills and can engage in professional relationships.
• You can work independently and maintain an overview in critical situations.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization. A criminal record check must be obtained before employment can take place.

Working hours are 37 hours per week and you will be paid throughout your education. You should expect time for preparation in both school and practice.

Voksenelevløn

If you are over 25 years old and have worked in the field for at least 1 year with an average of at least 24 hours per week during the last 4 years, you are entitled to adult apprentice wages and can apply for this. In addition, employment with between 8 and 24 hours per week on average is counted as 50%.

Voksenlærlingeløn

If you are over 25 years old, we ask the job center in your municipality to check whether you are entitled to adult trainee wages.
