A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am a woman, 38 years old, with a congenital spinal bifida. I use a power wheelchair and am paralyzed from the hips down. I live in my lovely apartment in Ringe, together with my lovely cat Mynte.

I enjoy my work at the recycling center 3 times a week. For physio 2 times a week.

Otherwise I spend time with my helper, who is my back support in daily life.

I love a good book and series.

Car trips I also enjoy with my helper as the driver.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Personal care, all aids available.
• Drive my diesel powered disabled car with manual gear.
• Help with my cat/shopping/laundry cleaning and cooking.
• Maintain a good hygges and a good mood

I am looking for a calm and caring helper, as I myself enjoy a peaceful everyday life in my lovely apartment. Feel free to bring a book or something else, so we both have something to relax with together.

Your working hours will be

• Wed: 15.30-23
• Thu: Free
• Fri: 7.45-13.30

• Even weeks:
• Mon: 15.30-23

You will, as a disability care assistant, become part of a good, flexible and essential team of disability helpers that cover all shifts year round. The job takes place in the citizen's own home, for leisure activities, social events and the excursions the citizen would like to participate in.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license
• Flexible
• Non-smoker
• Respect and understanding for working in a private home
• High hygiene standards
• Able to tolerate cats
• Preferably a peer/age-matched helper

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

• Start date: 26.10.2026
• Part-time: 30 hours per week
