At Forenede Service we are looking for an intern who is passionate about hospitality and who wants to help develop the guest experience for our customers.

Front of House includes reception, hospitality and meeting services. You will be part of our Customer Success work and collaborate closely with our Head of Customer & Workplace Experience, operations managers and Front of House teams.

From idea to guest experience

You will have the opportunity to test your knowledge in practice. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Map the guest journey from arrival to departure and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Develop our Front of House Playbook with service standards and inspiration for good hospitality.
• Plan and test experiences and small surprises for customers.
• Visit locations and translate feedback from guests and employees into concrete actions.
• Assist with workshops, training and updating materials on SharePoint.

There will also be practical and administrative tasks that help make everyday life run smoothly.

You are curious about people and good service experiences

You may be studying to become a service economist or studying Hospitality Management, event management, service design or another relevant education.

The most important thing is that you are eager to learn and can see yourself in the following:

• You meet people with warmth and have an eye for the small details.
• You are curious, take initiative and want to develop great service experiences.
• You work in a structured way and enjoy solving tasks together with others.
• Have an interest in innovative and sustainable solutions.

Experience from reception, hotel, restaurant or events is a plus, but not a requirement.

With us you gain insight into how we develop service and guest experiences in close collaboration with customers and colleagues. You will receive professional sparring with our Customer Success Business Partners and the opportunity to work with both idea development, planning and execution.

The practical

You will be based at our headquarters in Ballerup and you should expect regular visits to our customers’ locations in the Copenhagen area and the rest of Denmark.

Start is in the first quarter of 2027 , and the start date will be agreed based on your education internship period.
