We are seeking a receptionist for our physiotherapy clinic in Brande - preferably someone who is in a flex job for 13 hours.
Your tasks will include, among others
Answer incoming phone calls
Book and change appointments in the calendar
Process payments with patients
Greet our patients warmly
Light cleaning and tidying
Help with practical tasks in the clinic
We especially value that you
Enjoy talking to people
Are approachable and service-minded
Can work in a structured way and maintain an overview.
Want to be part of a cozy clinic where we help each other.
The position is approx. 13 hours per week, and we are flexible regarding working hours.
