Front Office Receptionist at Copenhagen Plaza | Relief

Are you motivated by giving guests a good and memorable experience? Then we are looking for a new colleague to the team at Copenhagen Plaza Hotel.

You will work in the surroundings of a hotel with more than 100 years of history, where there is a focus on both tradition and guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will be

· Welcome guests and send them off well after their stay

· Bookings, email correspondence as well as phone calls

· Ensure that the lobby is always inviting for our guests

· Be ready to help our guests with wishes and inquiries

· Ensure good communication and relationship with the hotel’s other departments

We expect that

· You have a good sense of humor, are smiling and service-oriented

· You think it is cozy to talk to our guests to make their experience truly special

· You are responsible, flexible and reliable (Must be able to work mornings, evenings and night )

· You speak at least one Scandinavian language as well as English

· It is an advantage if you have experience from the hotel industry or from other service work, but the most important is that you have the right attitude and want to help give our guests a good experience
