About the job

We are expanding - physiotherapist and occupational therapist for specialized neurorehabilitation

Lions Neurocenter, Copenhagen

"The most meaningful thing about my work is to support the citizen in daily life and use everyday activities as the path to development. When the citizen succeeds, I succeed as well." - Occupational therapist in Neurorehabilitation.

Do you want to make a real difference for people with acquired brain injury?

Do you want to help create development and quality of life for people with neurological challenges? At Lions Neurocenter we are seeking both a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist who wish to join a strong multidisciplinary community with high professionalism, great influence and a focus on opportunities rather than limitations.

With us, we work purposefully to ensure that people with complex acquired brain injury achieve the greatest possible independence, quality of life and active participation in everyday life. We believe that the best rehabilitation results are created through strong relationships, multidisciplinary collaboration and a sustained belief in each citizen's resources and development opportunities.

About Lions Neurocenter

Lions Neurocenter is a self-governing institution that offers highly specialized neurorehabilitation for adults between 18 and 65 years with complex acquired brain injury.

The positions are anchored in our neurorehabilitation offering (phase 3), where we provide longer rehabilitation courses following the Danish Social Services Act §107. Citizens typically come from a specialized rehabilitation pathway at hospital or municipal settings and still need intensive support to develop and maintain skills in everyday life. The stay usually lasts between six months and three years.

Our goal is to create the best framework for the individual citizen to achieve the greatest possible independence, active participation in everyday life and high quality of life. We do this through targeted neurorehabilitation, multidisciplinary collaboration and a persistent focus on the citizen's resources and development opportunities.
