At Rosenlund we are looking for a nurse as a group leader who wants to bring the threads together in everyday life, support colleagues and make a difference for our residents and their relatives.

A small place with room for presence

Rosenlund Centre is located in Snejbjerg on the outskirts of Herning with good bus connections and within cycling distance of the town. We are a small care centre with room for 25 residents, including a number on respite placements. We work for a safe and meaningful everyday life with respect for the individual’s wishes, resources and life history. The pedagogical approach is prioritized, and we work with Marte Meo as part of the interaction with residents.

Your role – close to people and professionalism

As group leader you report to the centre manager and become a close partner in daily professional coordination. You help create overview and coherence so residents experience secure care and treatment processes, and colleagues have good conditions to succeed with their tasks

• Coordinate the daily professional planning and support an appropriate distribution of nursing and treatment tasks.
• Contribute to high nursing professional quality, patient safety and relevant documentation in Cura.
• Be an accessible professional sparring partner and convey new knowledge to colleagues across shifts.
• Collaborate with the centre manager on challenges and solutions in contact with residents and relatives.
• Support meaningful activities and residents’ mastery, health and well-being.
• Motivate for professional development and strengthen an open working environment with room for independence, responsibility and job satisfaction.
• Contribute to good interdisciplinary collaboration and an attractive learning environment for trainees and students.

You are a qualified nurse with Danish authorization and you want to use your professional skills in a coordinating role. You meet people with respect and presence and can lead, listen and invite others to join

• You have professional overview and take responsibility within your area of competence.
• You are interested in the elderly field and in creating a good daily life for people with dementia.
• You are a good role model who supports colleagues’ learning and professional development.
• You communicate clearly and affirmatively and can handle disagreements constructively.
• You are flexible, see opportunities and collaborate across disciplines.
• You know Cura or are keen and able to learn the system.
